Healthy and Slimming Program

Week 1 : (9pm – 11pm)

1 sachet of SHAKE OFF Phyto Fiber daily before bedtime. To support this week program, drink any of these daily

  • Red Yeast Coffee
  • EDMARK Ginseng Coffee
  • SPLINA Liquid Chloropyll

Week 2 onwards

Breakfast (7am or 8am)

  • 1 sachet of MRT Complex and after an hour,
  • 1 sachet of Ginseng or RED Yeast Coffee

Morning Tea Break (11am)

  • 1 sachet of MRT Complex

Lunch

  • Oil-Free Vegetable Soup
  • Vegetables served with 1 egg or lean meat of fish.
  • Vegetarians can consume soya bean (To Fu).
  • Half bowl of rice (90g)

Afternoon Tea Break (3pm)

  • 1 sachet of MRT Complex and after an hour,
  • 1 sachet of Ginseng or RED Yeast Coffee

Dinner (7pm) (9pm -11pm)

  • 1 sachet of MRT Complex with light meal
  • 1 sachet of SHAKE OFF Phyto Fiber every after two or three days before bedtime

Beauty Program

(use the products together with your regular meal)

Breakfast: 1 sachet of Bubble C

Morning Tea Break: 1 sachet of CoCollagen

Lunch: 1 sachet of Bubble C

Afternoon Tea Break: 1 sachet of CoCollagen

9pm -11pm: 1 sachet of Bio-Elixir before bedtime
