Healthy and Slimming Program
Week 1 : (9pm – 11pm)
1 sachet of SHAKE OFF Phyto Fiber daily before bedtime. To support this week program, drink any of these daily
- Red Yeast Coffee
- EDMARK Ginseng Coffee
- SPLINA Liquid Chloropyll
Week 2 onwards
Breakfast (7am or 8am)
- 1 sachet of MRT Complex and after an hour,
- 1 sachet of Ginseng or RED Yeast Coffee
Morning Tea Break (11am)
- 1 sachet of MRT Complex
Lunch
- Oil-Free Vegetable Soup
- Vegetables served with 1 egg or lean meat of fish.
- Vegetarians can consume soya bean (To Fu).
- Half bowl of rice (90g)
Afternoon Tea Break (3pm)
- 1 sachet of MRT Complex and after an hour,
- 1 sachet of Ginseng or RED Yeast Coffee
Dinner (7pm) (9pm -11pm)
- 1 sachet of MRT Complex with light meal
- 1 sachet of SHAKE OFF Phyto Fiber every after two or three days before bedtime
